Meet DC Fresch
David C. Fresch – “DC”
DC accepted the Lord at the age of 13 and submitted to believer’s baptism in early adulthood. He was ordained a deacon at North Sea Baptist Church in Stavanger, Norway, during a five-year assignment there and has served as a deacon in two other churches as well. He was later ordained as an elder at Lively Christian Fellowship in Lagos, Nigeria, was a member of the leadership team at the Abuja Ark Church in Abuja, Nigeria, and served as an elder in Sugar Land, Texas. DC is a Civil Engineer and certified Project Management Professional and has spent most of his career in project management, including seven years overseeing projects in Nigeria. He also has experience working in Libya, the Netherlands, the UK, Russia, Kazakhstan, and multiple states in the USA.
DC has been married to his wife, Bonnie, for more than 40 years, and they have two sons. Their older son, David, is the president of FMI, and their younger son, Chris, is a lecturer in Biblical Languages and Old Testament at the Bible College of South Australia in Adelaide.
Now retired from secular work, DC serves as the Chairman of the Board for FMI, ensures FMI stays in compliance with legal requirements to maintain tax-exempt status in the USA, and oversees FMI’s work in Africa.
